Sara Fitzpatrick, PharmD

Sara Fitzpatrick, PharmD, is a pharmacy executive with expertise in drug management strategy, PBM contracting, and payer partnerships. Currently based in Minneapolis, she has held leadership roles across consulting, payer, and PBM organizations, including director of the commercial pharmacy self-insured book at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Minnesota, and most recently focused on strategic sales and partnerships at Free Market Health. Prior to that, Sara was a key member of Aon’s national pharmacy consulting practice, helping health plans and employers manage their drug spend through strategic decision making, planning, and high-impact contract negotiations. She brings a sharp analytical mind, proven commercial acumen, and a collaborative spirit to every engagement.

A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Sara also contributes her time in non-profit work as a member of the Board of Directors for WorldWise Microfinance.
