With over 25 years of experience across diverse organizational types, industries, and departmental functions, Van Ginkel brings a wealth of knowledge to PSG. His career spans Fortune 5 companies, entrepreneurial ventures, and not-for-profit organizations, encompassing healthcare, finance, and legal services.
Prior to joining PSG, Van Ginkel held various leadership positions at OptumRx, including Vice President of Pricing Strategy, Director of Pharmacy Network Contracting, and Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs. His expertise in network contracting, pricing and underwriting, regulatory affairs, and client management will be instrumental in supporting PSG’s employer clients in managing best in class pharmacy benefit programs.
