To support clients across the full lifecycle of transformation, PSG is evolving its Implementation Team into a Business Transformation and Advisory Services organization, extending support from strategy through delivery.

Krista Siano will lead this expanded organization, bringing a track record of strategic insight, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to helping clients navigate complexity and drive sustainable outcomes.
Market Growth and Industry Engagement
As part of this evolution, PSG is also announcing a leadership transition designed to further strengthen market-facing engagement and growth across the health plan segment. Beth Hebert-Silvia will step into the role of Executive Principal, Health Plan Client and Market Growth Strategy, focusing on shaping strategic growth across the health plan market and representing PSG and its clients at the highest levels of industry engagement.
