Vik Viswanath

Vik Viswanath has more than 22 years of experience in management information systems, operations, and finance in all phases of the project life cycle. Prior to joining PSG, Vik was a Director of Client Relationship Management and Implementations/Business Innovation, Operations and Strategy. In this role, he was responsible for identifying risks to the health of the organization by analysis and forecasting of the financial portfolio, as well as advising the Board of Directors on the financial health of the entity. He also identified potential solutions to address the risks. developed process improvements for visibility of tracking issues/risks, streamlined reporting to the Investment Committee and the Board, and implemented multiple standard operating procedures (SOPs).  For Express Scripts, Inc. (ESI), Vik was Director, Business Systems & Portfolio Management, where he managed a client portfolio of more than 150 projects, directing the team to ensure successful implementation of client requirements in accordance with agreed-upon deliverables. Also, for ESI, he held various roles of progressive responsibility, including Manager, Business Requirements and Implementation, where he led his team through client requirements and implementation. Vik earned a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  He also is a CMMI-certified Requirements Writer.
