Sarah Fleming, PharmD

Sarah Fleming has more than 16 years’ experience with PBM benefit operations; patient-focused clinical pharmacy consulting; retail and pharmacy management; and is an advocate for optimal pharmacy and medical strategy to improve patient outcomes. Prior to joining PSG, Sarah served as a Clinical Pharmacy Consultant with Highmark Inc, where she implemented, maintained, and evaluated strategic pharmacy and medical accounts in coordination with matrix partners including Sales and Clinical Strategy Teams; supported key initiatives for client strategies through product and program design, consultation, and implementation; and led pharmacy benefit implementations for new business as well as existing business. Previously, Sarah was a retail pharmacy manager and also served as the Clinical Account Executive/Clinical Pharmacist for a pharmacy benefit manager where she presented clinical and medical information in both group and one-on-one settings; provided clinical support and disease education; established and maintained collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Healthcare Professionals, clients, brokers, and third-party administrators, and launched a Pharmacogenetic testing pilot program including enrollment, testing, and consultations. Sarah earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and is a licensed pharmacist.
