Morgan Lee, PhD, MPH, CPH

Vice President, Research & Marketing

Morgan Lee is a dynamic behavioral scientist and research leader with over 15 years of quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation experience in health and behavior change using various methodologies. Renowned for her ability to find the story behind the data, Morgan is passionate about translating complex findings into digestible insights and creating engaging deliverables tailored to various audiences.

She began her career in academia as a tenure track faculty member at the University of Colorado. Prior to joining PSG, she held roles including Senior Research Scientist – Health Communication and Head of Behavioral Science/Research. Morgan has published over a dozen peer-reviewed articles while presenting at numerous national and international conferences and working with diverse collaborators nationwide. Her research deliverables have been used to develop and improve products and services, achieve business goals, provide critical information to stakeholders, and support behavior change.

Morgan is Certified in Public Health (CPH) and holds PhD in Psychology, MPH in Social Marketing, and MA in Clinical Psychology degrees from the University of South Florida, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Exercise & Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is passionate about health equity, human-centered design, cross-functional collaboration, and balancing science and research best practices with business needs.
