At PSG, Mike leads with a simple, powerful philosophy: enable, support, and develop people while solving the problems that matter most for clients. He champions transparency, disciplined execution, and shared success, creating the conditions for leaders and teams to do their best work on behalf of the organizations and members they serve. Mike began his career in pharmacy at the age of fourteen (working in a small-town drug store) and then spent the next twenty years distinguishing himself throughout the field. As President, he oversees PSG’s consulting practice and the Artemetrx analytics platform, aligning strategy, product, and service delivery to advance client outcomes.

Professional Background
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across Fortune‑scale enterprises, entrepreneurial ventures, and not‑for‑profit settings, Mike brings a holistic perspective to drug management and pharmacy operations. Prior to PSG, he held senior roles at a major national PBM, where he led specialty pharmacy strategy and multi‑site operations. Earlier in his career, he managed pharmacy operations and payer relationships for a national retail pharmacy chain. He also serves on the Kansas State Board of Pharmacy and the URAC Specialty Pharmacy Measures Advisory Group, and is a member of the Kansas Pharmacist Association and Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy. This breadth (spanning regulatory, clinical, operational, and commercial responsibilities) shapes his ability to navigate dynamic environments and help teams deliver meaningful results.
