Michelle Keene, MBA, MHA, PMP

Michelle Keene has more than 14 years of pharmaceutical project management experience and over 21 years’ experience within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining PSG, Michelle served in several pharmacy support roles for Highmark. As a manager of pharmacy systems development and support, she worked directly with key stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure quality implementations of new and enhanced prescription drug benefit designs, pharmacy claim files, and manufacture rebate invoicing. Michelle also collaborated with external pharmacy vendor, Express Scripts, for project work and production support; participated in various audits as required (CMS, NCQA, Internal, and so forth); created project deliverables (estimates, requirements, test plans, approvals, and post-implementation test plans) following the software development life cycle; executed testing, documented and retested defects as part of test cycle; and developed and reviewed estimates, requirements, test plans, sign-off documentation, and post-implementation test plans. Michelle has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Business School, a Master of Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health, and a Project Management Professional Certification earned in 2005.
