Lynn Stauffer

Lynn Stauffer is a goal-oriented, results-driven corporate professional with more than 20 years of experience in the PBM industry. Prior to joining PSG, she served as Pharmacy Audit Lead at Aon, where she managed client pharmacy audit projects, assisted with selling new pharmacy audit services, led the internal pharmacy audit team and managed external auditing firm vendor relationships, while also serving as an audit subject matter expert and working to improve the audit system and process. At The Burchfield Group as Audit Lead, Lynn supervised the audit operations department conducting performance evaluations, managing staff skills and career development, and overseeing policy administration. She also served as Senior Auditor for The Burchfield Group, where she conducted pharmacy benefit audits on behalf of employer and managed care organizations, established audit parameters in the audit system, and conducted audits for multiple lines of businesses including Commercial, Medical, and Medicaid. Lynn has also worked at Optum as the Government Services Product Manager and Project Manager, where she provided oversight of the Explanation of Benefits and Transition letter fulfillment processes, directed staff in processing of data and processes related to Part D transitions, and implemented new processes based on CMS guidance as it pertains to Part D business. Lynn completed her education in Business Management from St. Edward’s University.
