Kim Whitcomb

Kim Whitcomb has more than 20 years of project/program management experience in various industries, including healthcare. Prior to joining PSG, Kim worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont (BCBSVT), where she served as Director of Payment Integrity and led the Plan’s anti-fraud program and special investigations unit, overseeing pre- and post-payment vendor programs to maintain payment integrity and realize savings, and implementing new vendor programs to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Also, at BCBSVT, she was a portfolio manager for the Healthcare Informatics Reimbursement and Management division; leading projects for pharmacy (including PBM transition), utilization management, case management, disease management and quality improvement. She represented the division on large corporate initiatives, including a claims adjudication and operating system implementation. She managed the Plan’s NCQA Health Plan Accreditation program, including delegate oversight, through four successful accreditation renewal surveys and an add-on survey. Kim earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Strategy from University of South Florida, a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Champlain College, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from University of South Florida.
