Josh Huber

Josh Huber has more than 15 years of project management and PBM experience. Prior to joining PSG, Josh served in several roles of progressive responsibility for Prime Therapeutics. As Business Integration Lead, he successfully led several new BCBS client implementations, including a highly complex, multiple health plan client; transition of an existing BCBS client to a new TPA vendor; and several rebate-only implementations. As Solution Product Manager, he led implementation-related product teams focused on quick win delivery, which consisted of process optimization, technical automation (both in eligibility load processes and quality assurance testing), and realization of Implementation Central tooling. Additionally, he set strategic direction for agile teams working to modernize eligibility and accumulator processes, primarily focused on data management and streamlining client integrations.  While a Project Manager, Josh led a variety of projects and teams ranging from software development, IT security enhancements, compliance assessments, business process development, real estate strategy, and establishing governance teams. Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, with Secondary Education Licensure, from Concordia University–St. Paul.
