Jaime Lehmeyer

Jaime Lehmeyer has more than 17 years of PBM experience and 14 years of proven success in leading enterprise implementations and complex technology solutions. Prior to joining PSG, Jaime served in several roles of increasing responsibility for Prime Therapeutics. As Assistant Vice President, Enterprise Integrations, she led Prime’s implementation team responsible for cross-functional projects involving migration and integration of systems and business operations. Working closely with clients; IT; 30+ PBM business areas; account management teams for Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid lines of business Jaime managed a multi-million-dollar budget and a staff of 20. While Business Integration Lead, she managed successful integration for more than 14 health plans and employer group implementations for commercial, health insurance marketplace, Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation markets. As Director, Pharmacy network Operations, Jaime led the operational development and implementation of network products or programs; identified key components required to operationalize pharmacy networks, pharmacy pricing, and payment/ remittance functions within Prime’s claims adjudication system; and ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry laws and requirements. While Network Consultant/Supervisor, she managed multiple complex projects and developed strategies to ensure pharmacy operations were in place to support products being delivered to clients and network pharmacies. As Benefits Quality Assurance Analyst, she reviewed benefit design parameters to ensure they were implemented in the pharmacy adjudication system according to client requirements. Jaime earned an Associates of Arts from Inver Hills Community College.
