Emerson Silva

Emerson Silva has more than 10 years’ experience with Account Management. For EPIC, Emerson serves as a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant, where he serves as the primary lead consultant for brokers and/or strategic clients on pharmacy benefit related topics. Emerson interacts and creates relationships with brokers, client executives, human resource personnel, and others, enabling clients to create, communicate and implement pharmacy strategy within the context of the overall health and welfare strategy. Prior to joining EPIC, Emerson served as a Senior Account Manager for CVS Caremark, where he managed daily operations for a complex pharmacy benefits management book of business, performed quarterly and yearly reviews for STAR Clients, including proposal of program enhancements, and was responsible for business and product implementation. Emerson also served as an Account Manager and Senior Assistant Store Technical Support for CVS Caremark. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Technology from the New England Institute of Technology, Warwick, Rhode Island.
