Bre Collum brings almost a decade of experience supporting employer‑sponsored pharmacy benefit programs, with expertise in pharmacy benefit consulting, PBM and specialty vendor procurement, and operational execution. As a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant at PSG, she works with middle market employers on pharmacy strategies including PBM evaluations and RFPs, market and legislative analysis, and plan design support. Her approach is shaped by earlier PSG roles as a Project Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, where she built a strong foundation in pharmacy RFP management, renewals, executive support, and cross‑functional coordination.

Professional Background 

Prior to joining PSG, Bre served as an Office Administrator and Operations Manager at an insurance agency, supporting benefits-related sales and administrative operations. She managed employee onboarding, licensing and carrier appointments, training coordination, and new business processing, including submission tracking and commission management.
