Adrienne Calcote, CPhT

Adrienne Calcote has more than 25 years experience with pharmacy administration, retail, specialty pharmacy, and PBM settings. Prior to joining PSG, Adrienne served as the Account Executive/Pharmacy Account Manager for UnitedHealth Group/OptumRx, where she maintained overall accountability for client satisfaction, retention and growth; conducted periodic reviews with clients to recommend new produces and services; and interfaced with Optum departments to ensure client satisfaction and product implementation. At UnitedHealth Group/OptumRx, Adrienne also served Senior Implementation Project Manager, where she managed and led TPA & PBM Implementations, developed detailed work plans, status reports, and implementation priorities; handled complex client implementations; ensured all implementation items were tracked, documented, and closed in agreement with the client intent; and participated in process improvement initiatives. Adrienne attended Amberton University with a focus on Business Management & Administration and has maintained her Pharmacy Technician Certification since 2000.
