His background spans clinical strategy, product development, and advanced analytics across multiple healthcare organizations. Prior to joining PSG, Baughn led clinical product development and clinical trend insights at Optum Rx. Previously, he held a senior leadership role at Expion Health leading rebate contracting and clinical formulary operations. In addition, he led clinical consulting and analytics teams at Maxor National Pharmacy Services and Brown & Brown Insurance.
