Nancy Schroedl

Nancy Schroedl joined PSG in 2003 as an Account Coordinator, transitioning to Account Services Director in 2006. She brings extensive experience in both client and member relations in the healthcare industry. Her work focuses on providing strong customer service, specialized knowledge, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills in the area of pharmacy benefits. She is primarily responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and their PBMs, providing support in interpreting and analyzing data, and making recommendations for overall program improvements designed to minimize the cost of the prescription drug program while providing quality care for plan participants. Prior to joining PSG, Nancy was an Account Assistant with one of the nation’s mid-size PBMs where she served as the day-to-day contact for her clients.
