Throughout her career, Lynn has developed extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). She uses this hard-won wisdom to help clients succeed in their business. Her primary goal is acting as a liaison between clients and their PBM vendor. With her strong industry expertise, Lynn assists during both the vendor selection process and program implementation. During whatever stage of the process that clients are in, Lynn makes recommendations on how to improve prescription drug programs. This helps reduce costs while maintaining quality care.

At PSG, Lynn is responsible for:

  • Helping clients manage their prescription program, in addition to solving any issues that arise along the way
  • Contributing insight and analysis on clients’ utilization data
  • Providing support to PSG consultants on special projects such as proposals and audits and other ad-hoc requests

During whatever stage of the process that clients are in, Lynn makes recommendations on how to improve prescription drug programs. This helps reduce costs while maintaining quality care.

Lynn came to PSG in 1996 after working for 4 years in the PBM industry. Before that, she spent three years supporting the sales and marketing department at Aetna’s third-party claims management division.
