Krista Siano

Krista Siano brings more than 21 years of experience in the PBM industry and a strong skillset that includes thought leadership, process improvement, and relationship management. Prior to joining PSG, Krista served as the Vice President of Client Operations for Capital Rx, where she developed client service competencies and operational best practices that aligned with organizational goals to improve performance. In progressive roles at Optum Rx, including Senior Director, Health Plan Account Management, she was responsible for delivering OptumRx’s health plan resource teams—a layer of PBM experts responsible for delivering health plan specific strategies and solutions to the market—and was the recipient of the OptumRx Culture Award. As Director of Operations, Account Management Operations and Services for Medco/Express Scripts, Inc., Krista planned and executed account management strategies, operations, and programs for 1,700+ client companies, including Fortune 500 companies and major health plan clients. Krista earned a Bachelor of Arts from University of Kentucky and a Master of Science from Syracuse University.
