Kendra doesn’t believe in adhering to accepted business processes just because they’re standard. She takes every opportunity to reinvigorate and improve procedures, all to make the work more efficient and make clients’ lives easier. At PSG, Kendra is responsible for the center hub of all request for proposal (RFP) projects. She coordinates vendor procurement and RFPs so clients and vendors get the best contracts and long-term partners for the job.

Kendra has done RFP work since 2006. For much of that time, she has been at the helm as the department has grown in number of projects and intricacy of client engagements. She has also overseen the continued enhancement of the evaluations used to complete RFP projects.
Kendra came to PSG in 2005 from Clinique Laboratories. There, Kendra served as an account executive responsible for sales, growth, and the training of representatives who sell Clinique products at retailers. She worked at Clinique Laboratories for 7.5 years. Kendra attended Metropolitan State University of Denver in Colorado.
