Senior Vice President, Business Development
Gary Golebiewski has 20 years of experience in the health plan, pharmacy benefits, and insurance industries. His key skills include developing and maintaining strategic account relationships, delivering client-specific plan design and cost savings recommendations, as well as negotiating beneficial pricing and contracts for his clients. Prior to joining PSG, Gary served as Director of Pharmacy Sales & Client Management for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. In this role, he led a team of pharmacists delivering pharmacy client management for more than 1,200 clients; he provided leadership and strategy regarding the approach to client management, as well as personally managing some of the larger, more strategic clients that included Fortune 500 companies, large government organizations, and school consortiums. Gary also was responsible for collaborating across multiple departments within Highmark for execution of pharmacy product initiatives for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Medicare part D prescription drug plan (PDP) business segments. Additionally, during his tenure at Highmark, he served as Manager of Membership Staff Services, acting as the business platform owner supporting and contributing to strategic initiatives to improve operations. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Robert Morris University. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Sales License.
