Diane Clausen

Diane Clausen has more than 24 years of experience in the health care industry, specializing in benefits, provider relations, and pharmaceutical liaison activities. She has provided PSG’s clients with pharmacy consulting services for over 14 years. Diane has extensive knowledge and experience in working with PBMs and assessing their capabilities to help ensure clients are appropriately served based on contractual requirements. She also has direct and widespread experience working with multiemployer Taft-Hartley and union plans. She specializes in serving as a strategic partner between the client and the PBM during the vendor selection process, program implementation, and ongoing management phases of the plan. Diane provides support in interpreting and analyzing utilization data, and she makes recommendations for overall program improvements to minimize the cost of a prescription drug program while providing quality care for plan participants.  Diane attended California State University at Chico with an emphasis on Business Management and Accounting. She is an active member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits.
