PLANO, TX – Pharmaceutical Strategies Group (PSG), a leading pharmacy intelligence and technology company providing innovative drug management solutions to hospitals, health systems, health plans and employers, has been named a 2019 Top Workplace, National Standard winner by The Dallas Morning News. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered via a survey administered by a third-party research firm.

“It’s important to us to foster a culture here at PSG that demonstrates how much we respect and appreciate our employees,” said PSG’s CEO, Dave Borden. “Our team members bring tremendous value to our organization and our clients. I’d say our job as leaders is to make sure they feel connected to our company’s mission, find a sense of purpose in the work they do, and have the flexibility and authority to do the jobs we hired them to do. I’m honored to learn that our employees view us positively, and I’m grateful that they’ve provided us with the kind of honest feedback we can use to continue evolving our workplace culture.”

More than 80 percent of PSG’s employees completed the employee engagement survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
