Dave Borden has 25 years of experience in the health care and pharmacy benefits industry, working primarily with large self-insured employers. He has provided consulting services to some of the largest plan sponsors in the country. A representative list of clients Dave has served includes Exelon Corporation, ConocoPhillips, SBC, Baylor Scott & White Health System, Tenet Hospitals, Christus Health, Catholic Health Partners, Carolinas Healthcare System, JCPenney, USAA, ACCOR, Wyndham International, and a variety of other nationally recognized employers.
Drue Pounds has more than 20 years of broad-based financial and accounting experience. In previous roles, he provided financial, accounting, and organizational leadership to companies in various industries, including health care, consumer goods, and industrial manufacturing. Drue has filled executive positions in public and private companies with revenues of up to $2 billion. He worked in private-equity-backed organizations for the past 14 years, during which he has built finance organizations of varying sizes. Drue is a licensed CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Hardin-Simmons University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Kevin Host leads the PSG consulting group. With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has a strong background in specialty benefit management, product development, strategic planning, pharmacy operations, team building, and mentoring emerging leaders. Prior to joining PSG, Kevin served as senior vice president of specialty pharmacy at OptumRx and was responsible for UnitedHealth Group’s OptumRx Specialty Pharmacy programs, which included specialty drug distribution, clinical program development, and benefits and outcomes strategy designs.
Kevin earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific in California. He also is a member of various industry boards, including the Genentech Oncology Trend Report and URAC Pharmacy Advisory Group, where he helped establish the first comprehensive accreditation standards for specialty and mail service pharmacies.
William Price (Mickey) leads PSG’s Health System Solutions group, focusing on providing 340B solutions to eligible health systems and hospitals. With more than 27 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmacy benefits industries, he has extensive business development experience and a proven record of operational management execution. Prior to joining PSG, Mickey served as the Chief Operating Officer for Unique Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for setting the strategic direction and executing a tactical plan to deliver service to more than 600 customers. As the Vice President, Field Services, for Cardinal Health, he led operations service delivery that supported more than 400 customers for regulatory, clinical, and clinical analytics; remote order entry; portfolio services; customer information technology; business management; medication safety; and automation and inventory management teams. While the Regional Vice President, Pharmacy Management, for Cardinal, he drove overall operating performance of pharmacy outsourcing agreements for more than 100 hospitals, representing 15,000 beds. Mickey earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University. He also is a Licensed Pharmacist.
Dr. Ritu Malhotra leads PSG’s Pharmacy Benefits Consulting group. Ritu is a seasoned and successful benefits consultant with more than a decade of experience, encompassing the managed care industry, including hospital-sponsored health plans, pharmacy benefit management, Medicaid health plans, and employee benefits consulting. She has a passion for providing clients with innovative pharmacy benefit designs, cost containment strategies, clinical management strategies, and insightful market trends. Prior to joining PSG, Ritu served as National Pharmacy Benefits Practice Leader for Segal Consulting, where she integrated her clinical expertise in multiple managed care settings and assisted clients in vendor selection, implementation, contract negotiation, and clinical program development. She also served as East Region Pharmacy Consultant for Hewitt Associates, leveraging her consulting and clinical expertise to develop strategies enabling employers to optimize their prescription drug benefit. Ritu completed a Post-Doctorate Residency Program in Aon Consulting’s pharmacy practice, as well as serving as a Staff Pharmacist for CVS. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lehigh University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. She is a registered Pharmacist and licensed as a Life, Accident Health roducer. Ritu has authored multiple articles on pharmacy benefits and often is quoted in major publications as an expert in her field.

Rishi Khullar leads product development and technology management. With more than 19 years of industry experience, he has a strong background in pharmacy technology, specialty benefit management, product innovation, product and technology development, systems architecture, and technology operations. Rishi Khullar has held product and technology leadership roles at Fortune 50 companies, such as CVS Health and Walgreens, that securely manage very large amounts of patient information and provide healthcare services with stringent service levels, at scale. Prior to joining PSG, Rishi served as the Chief Architect &amp; Vice President of Technology Products &amp; Solutions at OptumRx, being responsible for technology products and solutions design supporting UnitedHealth Group’s OptumRx business that included Pharmacy Benefits Management, Home Delivery Pharmacy, Specialty Drug Distribution and Clinical Program Management.
Rishi earned a Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India. He also is a member of various industry groups, including IASA Global, Pharmacy IT Innovation Group (multiple pharmacy technology patents granted) and the CIO forum.
