As Senior Implementation Project Manager Health Plan/Employer for Navitus Health Solutions, he led large teams of business and technical operations associates in implementing complex health plan, employers, Medicare, and Medicaid pharmacy benefit programs. For United Health Group, Peter successfully rolled out a nationwide, multi-vehicle, mobile diabetes screening tour from conceptualization to market implementation. For UnitedHealthcare, as a Senior Implementation Project Manager, he implemented self-funded and fully insured customers ranging in size from 100 to 5,000 employees. His duties included defining benefit design/intent; coordinating with internal team members and external vendors; executing to the timeline; performing guarantee risk management; and creatively resolving obstacles for medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life, disability, and banking product lines. As Customer Service/Claims Supervisor for Humana Insurance Company, he oversaw large scale projects and managed a team delivering guidance to members, brokers, consultants, and providers. Peter earned an Associate of Arts, Business Administration, from Inver Hills Community College, and is a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
