Morgan Lee, PhD, MPH, CPH

Morgan Lee is a dynamic behavioral science leader with more than 12 years of quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation experience. Her strengths include creative synthesis of information, analytical and critical thinking to solve problems, translating complex concepts and findings into actionable insights, organization, project management, and leadership.

Prior to joining PSG, Morgan worked as a Behavioral Science Consultant, providing services to a variety of clients, including an award-winning behavior change app, a medical weight loss company, and a pioneering career coach working with the National Cancer Institute. As Head of Behavioral Science/Research for Mainstay, she created research infrastructure, developed research strategy, managed a team of researchers and writers, and served as the primary research contact for internal and external stakeholders. At Helm, Morgan was the Senior Behavioral Scientist, contributing behavioral science expertise and collaborating with the product team to conduct research supporting the development and continuous improvement of Helm products. As a Senior Research Scientist–Health Communication for CommunicateHealth, Inc., she oversaw and led all stages of the research process, provided technical behavior change and evaluation expertise, and was responsible for communication with clients. She has conducted research for various universities, working independently and with diverse collaborators nationwide on a wide range of projects involving both quantitative and qualitative methods and both experimental and correlational/observational designs.

Morgan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology, a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Social Marketing, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Exercise & Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Morgan is also certified in Public Health (CPH).
