Anne Marie Shaughnessy

Anne Marie Shaughnessy is an accomplished professional with more than 28 years of experience in the health plan industry. As PSG’s Director of PBM Contracting, Anne Marie is responsible for leading PSG’s PBM contracting team. She is a skilled pharmacy vendor contract manager, negotiator, and data analyst. Prior to joining PSG, Anne Marie worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where she was responsible for PBM and specialty pharmacy vendor contracts and relationships. She implemented pharmacy spread pricing to develop a new self-funded revenue stream and successfully achieved strategic and financial goals. Anne Marie developed contract management databases to track and trend critical financial and operational commitments contained within the PBM agreement. Anne Marie earned a Bachelor of Science in management science from the University of Rhode Island.
