Dave Borden
Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Dave has 25 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmacy benefits industry, working primarily with large self-insured employers. Dave has provided consulting services to some of the largest plan sponsors in the country. A representative list of clients Mr. Borden has served includes: Exelon Corporation, Sara Lee Corporation, ConocoPhillips, SBC, Blockbuster, Baylor Healthcare System, Tenet Hospitals, Christus Health, Catholic Health Partners, Carolinas Healthcare System, Wheaton Franciscan Health System, USAA, ACCOR, Wyndham International, and a variety of other nationally recognized employers.
Kim Staloch, PharmD
Chief Operating Officer
A seasoned clinician, Dr. Staloch consults with employers, health plans, and other organizations to develop an overall pharmacy benefit management strategy, along with contracts that meet their unique needs. Dr. Staloch’s experience prior to joining PSG includes all aspects of pharmacy practice spanning the hospital, retail pharmacy, and PBM environments. In the PBM industry, she worked with several market segments including insurance carriers, commercial plans, unions, MCOs, and health plans. Her roles in direct client consultation, management, and sales provide her with the industry insight and client experience that brings proven value to PSG’s clients. Dr. Staloch holds a BS and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy.

PSG’s diverse staff of 30 employees, including eight clinical pharmacists, focuses exclusively on pharmacy benefits. PSG’s experts serve in five key areas: pharmacy benefit consulting, financial and data analytics, clinical support, account service, and corporate administration. The majority of our staff previously held key positions with the country’s top PBMs in areas including pricing, account management, network management, clinical consulting, data/systems development, and sales. This depth of industry experience is the broadest in the pharmacy consulting field and allows us to provide superior service and insights to our clients.
