Mr. Borden has over 20 years of experience in providing healthcare consulting services to Fortune 500 employers, payers, and large public sector purchasers. He has served as an executive in the private insurance sector, and has held leadership positions in several leading global consulting firms, including serving as the National Practice Leader for Arthur Andersen's Health & Welfare Practice, and as a regional managing partner for Deloitte Consulting, based out of Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. |

A seasoned clinician, Dr. Staloch consults with employers, health plans, and other organizations to develop an overall pharmacy benefit management strategy, along with contracts that meet their unique needs. Dr. Staloch's experience prior to joining PSG includes all aspects of pharmacy practice spanning the hospital, retail pharmacy, and PBM environments. In the PBM industry, she worked with several market segments including insurance carriers, commercial plans, unions, MCOs, and health plans. Her roles in direct client consultation, management, and sales provide her with the industry insight and client experience that brings proven value to PSG's clients. Dr. Staloch holds a B.S. and PharmD from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. |
